                When creating a new publisher account an email address may be supplied to 
create an account for that publisher to manage their territory assignments.
                
                An email address must be 
unique within Territory Helper and used to 
identify the publisher's account for login.
                If you belive you are receiving this message in error, it is commonly due to a publisher's account existing in another congregation.
                
                If the publisher is moving from another congregation, you will need to ask the publisher to 
contact their previous congregation's 
territory servant to 
remove their email address from their congregation.
                They may also 
clear the email address themselves from their 
Account page.
                
                If the publisher created a congregation by mistake they can delete the congregation from the 
Advanced Actions tab.
