Some of your congregation territories may not be a geographical map.
The territory may be a list of some sort or an image.
Most commonly these type of territories are, but not limited to,
letter writing or
phone territories.
Please note unmapped territories
cannot be converted to a mapped territory.
Unmapped territories are created on the
Territories page.
Switch to
edit mode (if you are not sure how to do this check out the
View and Edit Basics guide).
Next to the
territory type name click the
unmapped icon to create an unmapped territory as shown in the image below.
Open up the territory context menu and
click on the
Edit territory or the
Properties item to access the territory's notes field as shown in the image below.
Once open simply paste in or create the list of addresses, phone numbers, or whatever other details make up the territory.
The list can be formatted as desired using the rich text editor, similar to the list shown below.
