Create a Publisher

You can manage the publishers in your congregation at your congregation page under the Publisher tab. To create a publisher simply click on the Create Publisher button as shown below. You can also create a publisher when assigning a territory by just typing the publisher's name in the assign field and clicking assign.
Both ways of creating will show the Create Publisher dialog like the one shown below. Fill in the publisher's details and then save.

Publisher Accounts

By filling in both the publisher's email and password the publisher will be able to sign in to the site. This allows a publisher to manage their territories or access even more depending on their set role.

It is highly recommended to give each publisher in a congregation an account to use Territory Helper to its fullest.

Emails need to be unique and valid. The validation icon next to the field will indicate if the entered email is ok.
